The company's headquarters is located in Fukuoka Prefecture, Japan, and was founded in 1977. In 2015, Guangzhou Shinkou Automation Equipment Co., Ltd. was established. Located in the Chini Industrial Park of the Guangzhou Huadu Automobile Industry Base, the company is a technology-oriented enterprise focused on the design, R&D, manufacturing, processing, assembly, and refurbishment of vertical articulated industrial robots, welding robots and their accompanying welding equipment, and automated production equipment. It also provides comprehensive technical services including sales, installation, and maintenance.
The company brings together outstanding industry talent and possesses a dedicated design and R&D team comprised of highly-skilled professional engineers. It operates from four bases: Processing Plant 1 in Chini, Huadu; Assembly Plant 2 in the Automobile City; the Technology Center in Diamond Plaza; and a facility in Wuhan.
We are equipped with a full suite of advanced processing machinery, including CAD computer-aided design systems, large gantry-type 5-face/5-axis machining centers, and large horizontal automatic tool-changing CNC machine tools. For quality assurance, we utilize inspection equipment such as cantilever-type coordinate measuring machines, enabling high-precision manufacturing capabilities that meet stringent standards.
We specialize as a high-tech enterprise in the planning, design, R&D, manufacturing, processing, assembly, and debugging of automotive welding automation production lines, automated devices, and intelligent production line equipment. Our core business also includes the sales, installation, maintenance, and technical services for these systems. Furthermore, we have successfully secured the exclusive agency and sales rights for Matsumoto and Nicchia welding materials.
