As a result, the weld metal exhibits reduced susceptibility to chilling due to lower carbon content in the fusion zone, while maintaining minimal crack sensitivity among cast iron electrodes. It offers excellent usability, machinability, and mechanical properties.
DM-150 employs a ferronickel core wire coated with a special flux, making it a cast iron electrode capable of operating at lower currents compared to other products on the market. Consequently, the weld exhibits reduced hardening, and the welded area demonstrates favorable machinability. Notably, it offers excellent mechanical properties and is particularly well-suited for welding high-strength cast iron materials such as ductile iron.
NXZ-700 is a metal-type flux cored wire suitable for downhand and horizontal fillet welds. It exhibits excellent porosity resistance (resistance to pitting and blowholes) when welding primer-coated steel plates. This wire offers high welding speed, thereby improving work efficiency. Additionally, it produces thin slag with good peelability, along with favorable bead appearance and arc stability, resulting in superior operational performance.
NXS-110 is a general-purpose, all-position self-shielded flux-cored wire designed for welding 400 and 490 MPa class high tensile strength steel. It is dedicated to DC electrode negative (DCEN) operation. Compared to conventional AC/DC compatible large-diameter wires, it offers superior welding performance characterized by excellent arc stability and minimal spatter generation.
NFG-H41NM is a flux-cored wire for hardfacing used in CO₂ gas shielded welding, which produces a deposited metal composition of 13Cr-4Ni-1Mo. Thanks to the built-in flux, it provides stable arc characteristics with minimal spatter, offers good slag removability, and results in a smooth, visually appealing weld bead.
