The Model 308 is a covered electrode designed to produce an austenitic weld metal with a composition of 19Cr-9Ni. It offers excellent heat resistance and corrosion resistance. Among austenitic stainless steel electrodes, it is widely used across various fields, including chemical processing, food industry, and construction. The electrode features a titanium-calcium type coating, which ensures good operational performance.
The NX-50 exhibits excellent arc stability in high-current ranges, with minimal spatter and good weld bead appearance. Additionally, due to its high welding speed and deep penetration capability, it enables efficient welding for both butt joints and fillet welds.
NFG-H400SM is a metal-type flux-cored wire designed for direct hardfacing on cast iron molds. In the first layer, the deposited metal forms a tough austenitic microstructure due to the absorption of carbon from the cast iron base material through dilution. However, from the second to third layers onward, it transforms into a martensitic-austenitic structure, exhibiting excellent wear resistance. As a result, it is suitable for hardfacing applications on severely worn mold surfaces or areas subjected to high pressure, such as weld buildup on bearing surfaces.
BKH-60R is a TIG welding rod specifically designed and developed for repairing defects in quench-hardened mold materials and hardfaced layers, which were previously considered difficult to repair. It enables hardfacing without requiring high preheating temperatures. The deposited metal exhibits excellent impact resistance across a wide temperature range, from room temperature to elevated temperatures.
LC-08 is a Titanium-Calcium Type Electrode developed in 2008. It emphasizes excellent arc resistance, provides good slag detachability, and produces a fine weld bead appearance. Thanks to its outstanding re-ignition performance, it improves work efficiency in intermittent welding, tack welding, and fillet welding. Additionally, it generates approximately 20% less fume during welding (compared to our conventional products) and is a low-fume type electrode. It also facilitates all-position welding.
NZ-11 is a specially formulated shielded metal arc welding electrode developed for welding hot-dip galvanized steel. It is designed with excellent resistance to porosity, such as pits and blowholes, enabling direct welding without the need to remove the zinc coating. This significantly reduces the rework rate caused by welding defects. Furthermore, compared to general-purpose electrodes, it offers improved operational performance, including better slag removal, reduced spatter, and enhanced arc stability.
